Tungsten Nanopowder

Tungsten nanopowder, also known as tungsten nanoparticle or nano tungsten powder. It refers to the ultrafine tungsten powder with the particle size of 1-100nm. According to the shape, there are spherical tungsten nanoparticles and irregular tungsten nanoparticles.

Tungsten Nanopowder Application

The nano tungsten powder we provide has the characteristics of high purity, uniform particle size, spherical shape. Specific applications are as follows:
1. Nano tungsten powder can be used for high specific gravity alloy, green bullet, alloy steel, drill bit, anvil and other products;
2. High activity nano tungsten powder can be used as additive for raw material powder of high performance and high specific gravity alloy (the amount of additive is from 30% to 50%) and raw material additive for preparation of tungsten rod and tungsten wire. It can also be used as raw material of tungsten powder of high performance alloy, which can significantly improve the properties of alloy, reduce sintering temperature and sintering time, and save production cost;
3. Nano tungsten powder can be used as raw material of nano WC to prepare nanocrystalline cemented carbide. Nano tungsten powder with special pore structure can be used as raw material for W-Mn process of ceramic metallization coating.
