Hafnium Carbide Powder

Hafnium carbide is a kind of carbide powder with black appearance. The chemical formula is HfC. The density is 12.7g/cm3 and the melting point is 3890 ℃. The volume resistivity is 1.95 × 10-4 Ω· 73 cm (2900 ℃) × 10-6/℃。 HFC has high melting point, high elastic coefficient, good electric conductivity, small thermal expansion and good impact property.
