Spherical Chromium Powder

Spherical chromium powder refers to the chromium powder which is spherical under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). As chromium powder belongs to refractory metal powder, it is mainly produced by plasma spheroidization technology. We mainly produce and provide spherical chromium powder produced by plasma spheroidization or plasma rotating electrode atomization processes. The common particle sizes are 15-45 um, 15-53 um, 40-80 um, 45-105 um, etc. It can be used for plasma spraying or supersonic flame thermal spraying.

Spherical Chromium Powder Application

We mainly produce and provide spherical chromium powder produced by plasma spheroidization or plasma rotating electrode atomization processes. The common particle sizes are 15-45 um, 15-53 um, 40-80 um, 45-105 um, etc. We can also sieve according to customers' requirements. It is mainly used in the following situations and fields:
