15-5 PH Stainless Steel Powder

15-5PH stainless steel powder is an iron-based alloy powder with iron as the main component, chromium content of 14.0-15.5%, nickel content of 3.5-5.5% and copper content of 2.5-4.5%. 15-5PH stainless steel is a precipitation, hardening and martensitic stainless steel composed of copper and niobium / columbium. It is easy to adjust the strength level, which can be adjusted by changing the heat treatment process It has the characteristics of good attenuation performance, strong corrosion fatigue resistance and water drop resistance.

The 15-5PH stainless steel powder produced by FUSHEL has the characteristics of high batch stability, good sphericity, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution, good fluidity, high loose density and vibrated density. The powder can be used in laser / electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM / EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM) and other processes. It is mainly used in 3D printing thin-walled devices and complex parts, cold and hot spraying, laser cladding and biomedical fields.
